The Education Authority (EA) has issued a Pre-Market Engagement (PME) exercise for the Provision of a School Financial Management and Payroll/HR Management solution(s). The purpose of this PME Exercise is for the EA to gain an understanding of the latest developments and innovations in the provision of a ‘best of breed’ school Financial Management and Payroll/HR Management solution(s).
