SSD will be using the Cabinet Office suite of contracts , many of which are already in use across the NI Public Sector and are long established standard contracts across the UK.
These are available in the public domain for review and familiarisation. Please find attachment.
From 1 June SSD will begin the transition across to the Cabinet Office terms for new tenders/contracts however, for a short period there may be some competitions tendered using our existing suite of T and Cs.
There is no change to existing contracts. |
