C0150 - Together for Families Support Programme
The Fund is seeking to procure a suitable supplier (an individual organisation or a consortium with a lead supplier) to deliver the Together for Families Support Contract. The appointed supplier will be required to provide a distinct but fully aligned support service for the Together for Families programme, a £59.2m partnership programme with the Northern Ireland Department of Health (DoH), helping to ensure that the structural, relational and cultural elements of the programme are effectively embedded and sustained, in ways that are accessible, respectful and grounded in lived experience.
