We are inviting submission of tenders for the provision of a new HR and Payroll system for Early Years- The organisation for young children.
Early Years is a third sector charitable organisation based in Northern Ireland, with approximately 250 employees across a range of locations and services.
Please find attached the tender documentation, including the system requirements, supplier response template, pricing template, timetable and evaluation criteria.
Key dates are as follows:
Clarification questions deadline: Friday 19th June 2026 at 4pm
Tender submission deadline: Friday 10th July 2026 by 4pm
Supplier demonstrations, if shortlisted: Week Commencing 3rd August 2026 at Early Years Head Quarters, 6c Wildflower Way, Belfast, BT12 6TA
