Inland Fisheries Ireland IFI is seeking to purchase acoustic telemetry equipment to monitor fish movements in a lake system. The tracking work will allow IFI scientists to safely examine how the fish respond during climatic events such as heatwaves, droughts, storms and floods and the effects on fish thermal habitat.
This project is on the border between Ireland and Northern Ireland and subject to PEACEPLUS funding. IFI have advertised this requirement as a public tender and invite tenders from suppliers who can meet the minimum criteria for participation, irrespective of their base or location.
