Early Years – the Organisation for Young Children is inviting tenders for the provision of marketing services in relation to the Northern Ireland Childcare Subsidy Scheme (NICSS). The successful supplier will support the development and delivery of integrated marketing activity, including creative content, digital media services and offline media campaigns, to increase awareness and participation among providers, parents and schools across Northern Ireland.
