| Leading with Peace and Purpose – Co-operation Ireland and Chief Executives Forum |
Cooperation Ireland and the Chief Executives’ Forum are inviting expressions of interest from experienced delivery partners to bid for the design and delivery of Leading with Peace and Purpose — a flagship senior leadership programme funded by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by @Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
This represents a significant opportunity to work with a uniquely influential group of public service and civic leaders across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Participants will be leaders operating at, or just below, the apex of public service — shaping policy, institutions and public trust in complex, post-conflict and resource-constrained environments. This is the post-Agreement generation, sustaining peace through ethical leadership, effective institutions and system-wide reform.
📘 About the programme
Two cohorts of 30 senior leaders
An 11-month, fully funded programme
In-person learning events across NI and RoI
One-to-one coaching
A two-day residential symposium delivered by a reputable UK institution, offering a neutral, reflective space to engage with international best practice, cross-jurisdictional system leadership and east-west perspectives
This is a compelling proposition for institutions motivated by impact, legacy and public purpose — an opportunity to help shape the leadership mindset of those whose decisions will resonate widely.
