It is an inclusive female participation programme aimed at increasing the involvement of women and girls in rugby at all levels—playing, coaching, refereeing, leadership, and youth development. We are now seeking a qualified and experienced training provider to deliver a suite of coaching, refereeing, first aid, and leadership training modules that form part of the TryLeadHER pathway.
