Training for Success 2017 is a programme designed to address the needs of unemployed 16 -17 year old on entry to the Programme (with additional eligibility conditions for those with disabilities or coming from an ‘in care’ background). This flexible programme will provide training in professional and technical training, employability training, and personal and social development. It is designed to enable participants to maximise their potential at a speed relevant to the individual’s ability.
