The objective of this pre-market engagement exercise is to engage with suppliers on potential solutions for a legal Case Management System (CMS). The system is required to have a time recording and billing function that supports DSO business workflow and processes. The potential scale and scope of this service is such that it offers an opportunity to bidders. Prior to initiating the procurement DSO wishes to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process. The objectives of this exercise are to: gain an update in supplier awareness, engagement and opinion, gain an updated insight to the market possibilities and potential innovative solutions; understand risks and issues not previously considered and inform the Procurement Strategy. Interested parties are requested to complete the questionnaire within the CfT documents area under ID 6617419 Department of Finance Departmental Solicitors Office DSO Legal Case Management System Pre-Market Sounding Exercise.
