The successful ICT will work on a Traditional Design basis, to take the Project through RIBA Stages 0-7. The project will incorporate several outdoor recreation provisions, including Tennis Courts, Synthetic/Grass Sports Pitches and Hard/Grass play to meet all DE handbook requirements for a school of this size. Parking, transport requirements, delivery and maintenance will also form part of the overall scope.
