The Education Authority has a requirement for the supply and delivery of Pre-Prepared Meals (Individual and Bulk) to school meals kitchens within Northern Ireland for a period of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 2 x12 month extension periods. The tender is divided into 2 sections : Section 1 - Individual Meals and Section 2 - Bulk Meals . Suppliers may submit a tender bid for one or both sections listed. The requirement is for frozen or chilled prepared products that can be re-heated on site in high temperatures in a steamer/convection oven or steam combi oven.
