Mid Ulster District Council (the Council) is inviting tenders from suitably experienced and licensed contractors to collect, process and recycle / recover scrap metal and lead acid batteries from Household Waste Recycling Centres across the district. Mid Ulster District Council currently operates a three bin collection system for all households in the district. They are Residual Waste (Black Bin), Mixed Dry Recyclables (Blue Bin) and Biodegradable Waste (Brown Bin). The following materials are also accepted at the Councils HWRC’s for recycling:
