Description:
The Contract is for the provision of the implementation of the Small Settlements post-covid recovery scheme which includes a Single-storey extension and internal and alteration/ refurbishment of the existing Sports Pavilion with reconfiguration and extension of the existing hard-standing car parking area and wheelchair access provision connecting both. Specific items included are as follows: • Improve the acoustics in the existing Main Hall for multi-purpose uses. • Upgrade the existing football changing (include separate showering areas for all teams) and accessible showering facility • Include provision of a “Changing Places” facility accessible from external • Upgrade the existing public toilet provision • Provide additional Storage Areas • Provide an improved entrance space, large enough for casual seating etc. • Update the existing M and E provision and provide renewable/ low energy solutions to reduce energy usage and C02 emissions • Alteration and extension to existing car parking with new external lighting
