Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council wish to undertake works at Navigation House, Co. Antrim. The works in Navigation House including the construction of a new path, retaining wall, fencing, landscaping, and construction of new trees as well protection of existing trees. Installation of new signage is also to be included within this contract. Works also include the construction of a new temporary path and fencing which to be put in place and maintained for the duration of the works and removed upon completion of the works. The contractor should also note that the site is a Scheduled Monument
