Derry and Strabane District Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified organisations to design and produce a large-scale Light Show on and alongside, the River Foyle on Saturday 29th June as part of the 2024 Foyle Maritime Festival Showcase entitled Beyond Blue. The showcase will run for 3 hours, commencing at 9pm and concluding at midnight. During this time a lighting installation/scheme will slowly take formation on and around the river, with lighting effects building as darkness increases. Please refer to the CfT documents for further detail. Council officers will be available for site visits from 29th to 31st January 2024, requests for site visits must be made through etendersni messaging before 5PM 26th January 2024.
