Description:
The Department of Justice (DoJ), ‘the Client’ wishes to appoint an agency, ‘the Contractor’ to deliver advertising and related services for campaign advertising. The contract is for two distinct campaigns, both of which relate to the introduction of new offences. The first campaign would promote the offence of Non-Fatal Strangulation (NFS). The second campaign would promote a trio of relatable behaviour offences commonly known as up-skirting, down-blousing and cyber-flashing (‘sexual offences’). For the purposes of this tender competition tenderers should respond to the requirements for the Non-Fatal Strangulation specification only. This contract is expected to commence in September 2023 and will expire on 31 May 2024 with a one year extension. The total budget for year one, for creative development and media, is £35,000 for each campaign, i.e. a total of £70,000, up to and including 31 March 2024.
