Description:
The Consultant shall provide the following Services: The commission is for the appointment of an Architect led Integrated Consultancy team (ICT) to prepare, develop and project manage the delivery of the scheme for the MUDC Small settlement Programme – Moy Recreation Grounds including all aspects of the RIBA 2020 plan of work from Stages 0-7, working alongside with Mid Ulster District Council (MUDC) staff to prepare all design and legislative requirements and project management for the delivery of the project. This project is a key project identified within Mid Ulster District Council’s (MUDC) Small Settlements Regeneration Plan that was recently approved via the Department for Communities (DfC) Covid-19 Recovery Small Settlements Regeneration Programme. The project and a general description of the works are as listed below. Pitch Requirements Requirements:- • Provision of a new grass pitch(s) including drainage with associated lighting, fencing, dugouts, line markings, goal posts, Trim Trail • Provision of a Trim trail around the perimeter of the site integrating with existing walks • Low level lighting around the trail • Provision of street furniture - seating, bins and signage around the trail Carparking • Provision of additional car parking taking in some grass areas adjacent to building and investigating road access Additional Information:- • Improve overall accessibility to all areas of the site The Professional Services to be provided must include the services as listed below; • Architect • Project Manager • Landscape Architect • Civil Engineer • Structural Engineer • Mechanical Engineer • Electrical Engineer • Quantity Surveyor • Principal Designer • Site Supervisor
