The Housing Executive will be responsible for the delivery of a new housing re-provision pilot scheme to an approved site situated on Sunningdale Gardens in North Belfast. It consists of 6 no. semi-detached dwellings which are 2 bedroom, 3 person units. These are designed to utilise Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and ultra-low energy building techniques, whilst incorporating passive building systems. It is through this proposal that the Housing Executive hopes to deliver a sustainable, future-proofed social housing model for Northern Ireland.
