Description:
The Department for Communities (DfC) has a requirement for an appropriately qualified and experienced Contractor to operate the staff restaurant in Lisahally Service Centre. The Contractor shall provide a catering service at the premises to meet the requirements of the staff on the site. The service shall supply a good quality product, providing a choice of hot and cold meals/snacks and beverages for consumption on the premises during the opening hours of the staff restaurant.
