Description:
The Contactor must provide software to integrated with the current ICT System ISAAC that enables 110 users to look-up, retrieve and validate addresses using a known postcode. This reduces the amount of data entry associated with entering addresses and helps to improve the quality and accuracy of address data recorded in the system. It will also ensure that complete addresses are provided on letters being issued, helping to ensure there is no delay to receipt of letters, some if which contain statutory deadlines for response.
