- **PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC TENDER COMPETITION - PRE-MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE ONLY** The Historical Institutional Abuse (HIA) Branch within The Executive Office (TEO) is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract with a Contractor to carry out research into Historical Clerical Child Abuse (HCCA). Prior to initiating the procurement, the HIA Branch wishes to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process. Interested parties are requested to complete the questionnaire within the CfT documents area. Any requests for clarification relating to this exercise must be communicated using the secure messaging function on the eTendersNI portal. Responses to requests for clarification will be communicated by CPD to all interested suppliers through the eTendersNI messaging system.
