Arbour Housing Ltd (Arbour) wishes to invite competitive bids from suitably qualified and experienced firms to provide a range of HR support services. The provision of the service will operate for the period from March 2023 to March 2026. The Contract may be extended for a further three-year period at the discretion of the Employer. It is estimated that the assignment will require an initial review of policies, procedures, staff handbook and personnel records together with HR support services on an ad-hoc basis.
