- The Contractor must supply a gas analyser based on methods accepted by the VERA protocol (i.e. either photo-aoustic, tuneable diode laser, FTIR, or chemoluminescence). The analyser must be capable of simultaneous quantitative analysis of ammonia, methane, carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide gases from at least 10 or more sampling points (inlets and outlets) in pig and poultry houses. The Contractor must provide all associated equipment (e.g. multipoint samplers, pump, heated lines, PC and 500m of sampling lines).
