- ABC Council seeks to appoint a suitably qualified team to fully manage, coordinate and deliver a suit of Rapid Response Employment Programmes in 2022/23 to support the local economy and support local people into employment. This intervention is an important strand under Strategic Priority 2 of the ABC LMP Action Plan 2022-2023: To improve employability outcomes and/or labour market conditions locally. Collaborative bids which demonstrate experience in both sectors are welcome. Organisations can tender for one or both Rapid Response Employment Programmes. The successful multi-disciplinary team/collaboration will have extensive experience in the field of engaging community and industry effectively to make a difference in Employability and Skills outcomes. Should demand/budget increase you must have the capacity to increase delivery.
