Each masterplan which will be non-statutory, provides a framework for the promotion, implementation and timing of urban regeneration, recreation, tourism, and leisure initiatives in each Town/City. Two masterplans are significantly out of date (Newtownards and Bangor), therefore it is envisaged that the other 3no Towns (Comber, Donaghadee and Holywood), will be a softer review.
