Derry City and Strabane District Council (DCSDC) is seeking submissions for the creation, delivery and production of two large scale installations/animations as part of its Derry Halloween Festival 2022. Lot One: City of Bones - The Diamond, Shipquay Street and Bishop’s St (within walls only) London Street, Artillery Street, Pump Street. Lot Two: Forest of Shadows - St Columb’s Park The two animation requirements, called lots, have been identified for the purposes of this tender. Organisations may apply for one or both lots. It is mandatory that each lot being applied for is returned individually, including full responses to selection criteria pertaining to specification provided for each lot.
