- Transport Services Branch (TSB) is a division within the PSNI Department of Finance and Support Service. Focused on supporting operational policing, TSB embraces Policing with the Community 2020 in all activities. In embracing the policing commitments TSB ensures that, a fit for purpose fleet is available. The Branch is also striving for continuous improvement to maximise opportunities for a more effective and efficient performance. TSB is registered under the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System TSB is seeking to establish a contract for the supply and delivery E-Bikes (Hard Tail Mountain Bike) as these bikes are more robust and flexible. TSB will place an initial order of 16 bikes following award of contract. A mix of bike manufactures will be considered provided they meet the minimum requirements. All bikes must be compliant for legal use on UK roads and the Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycles (EAPC) requirements.
