Description:
This competition is below the relevant Procurement Threshold for Schedule 3 (Social and Other Specific Services); therefore the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) do not apply. The Northern Regional College (NRC – the Client) wishes to appoint a single 3rd Party delivery partner (the Contractor) to deliver a Digital Programme called ‘Connect with Tech’ a new pilot Digital Skills Programme to be delivered in community based facilities that young people are able to access as opposed to College campuses/properties in 10 locations across Antrim and Newtownabbey, Mid Ulster, Mid and East Antrim and Causeway Coast and Glens. The Contractor must develop and deliver a Digital skills intervention programme for youth, a network and working relationships with local communities in these areas detailing what exact location they think a programme like this would be beneficial and well received in. The contract will commence on award and be completed within 6-8 weeks.
