Description:
The Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland is seeking to appoint a Contractor to provide support for the delivery of a procurement specification for a replacement Case Handling System (CHS), which is the key system currently used to support the complaints and investigation process. The specification needs to a standard that is capable of being used by Construction and Procurement Delivery (CPD) to issue to prospective suppliers as part of the tender process for the replacement of the current system. The overall aim of this assignment is to source and engage a provider with the requisite skills and experience to create and deliver a specification that will be used for a future procurement competition.
