The scheme relates to multi-elemental improvements to 24 no. pre-fabricated aluminium dwellings, constructed between c. 1949 and 1950. The dwellings are located across a number of sites, in the Causeway Area in Co Antrim. The main items of work to be carried out are as follows; thermal improvements including external cladding, loft insulation, windows, doors and associated works. In addition works to bathrooms and kitchens and removal of existing finishings, asbestos removal, decanting, electrical rewire of properties.
