This is a prior information notice to seek engagement with the market place to understand the market structure and ascertain how suppliers can provide high quality, cost effective Dynamic Pressure Area Care Products to public bodies within Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland (HSCNI) and to establish how market ready suppliers currently are with regards to Rental of Dynamic Pressure Area Care Products. The objectives of this Market Engagement are to:- • Gain insight on the market possibilities and potential innovative solutions. • Gain a better understanding of the feasibility of the HSCNI requirements and the most appropriate procurement approach to follow. • Gain initial supplier interest in supply and delivery / provision of a rental service for Dynamic Pressure Area Care Products. • Establish how market ready suppliers currently are. • Obtain supplier feedback on what the Client should consider when procuring /renting Dynamic Pressure Area Care Products. • Gain a better understanding of applicable Social Value Initiatives. • Ascertain how suppliers can assist the HSCNI to ensure Health and Safety Standards are met and to ensure compliance with all relevant and future legislation. • Understand risks and potential issues relating to supply and delivery / provision of a rental service for Dynamic Pressure Area Care Products.
