Identified Railway Preservation of Ireland (RPSI) Preserved Steam Locomotives and Preserved Passenger carriages to receive a detailed vehicle condition inspection once a year at RPSI facility in Whitehead. Your response must be submitted via the relevant Call for Tender (CfT) on the eTendersNI portal.
