- Fermanagh and Omagh District Council invite Tenders from Suitably Qualified Contractors to provide the design and construction of a destination play area and associated Civil works at Grange Park, Mountjoy Road, Omagh, Co. Tyrone to include play equipment, safety surfacing, fencing and landscaping. The Works must be completed and invoiced by 31 March 2022. The works consist of; • Removal of designated existing equipment • Relocation of designated existing equipment • Removal of existing surfacing, design and installation of new impact absorbing safety surfacing • Civil works to meet new levels • Design and supply of new play equipment • Design and supply of impact absorbing safety surfacing • Design and installation of sensory garden • Drainage • Installation of seats and bins • Installation of fence and gates • All associated landscaping • All works associated with protection of wildlife in surrounding area • All works associated with reduction of pollution to surrounding area
