Tourism NI wishes to build upon its existing investment in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite and believe that creating an excellent employee experience, powered with insights, will result in more successful customer experiences. The current contract is due to expire on 20 July 2022 but it is possible that we will reach the maximum value of this contract in advance of this date. Tourism NI wishes to establish a new contract or contracts of up to 5 years with a Supplier or Suppliers to provide Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, configuration and support. Tourism NI purchases Microsoft Dynamics 365 Licensing via our Microsoft Enterprise Agreement. **PLEASE NOTE: ALL COMPLETED QUESTIONNAIRES MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA THE MESSAGING FUNCTION on eTendersNI (under reference ID 3692934), BEFORE 3PM ON TUESDAY 9 NOVEMBER 2021**.
