- Derry City and Strabane District Council (DCSDC) marketing department are seeking tenders from suitability qualified suppliers to deliver a comprehensive marketing support service for a 24 month basis. This appointment will be activated on an as-needed basis and will consist of working on a range of ad hoc campaigns such as the effective promotion of Council corporate services, Arts, Culture Events or Festivals and other funded programmes. The marketing function of DCSDC focuses on the following key tasks: • Strategic Marketing Planning, Campaign Development and Delivery (including media planning, buying and evaluation) across all Council directorates including festival and events. • Design/Publication and Graphic Design (including brand development and management). • Social Media and Digital Engagement (including content development, platform and reputation management, website).
