The purpose of PRRT is to enable retired or retiring police clients to achieve and sustain a successful transition into life post policing by providing personal development advice, guidance, training and training support, psychological therapy and physiotherapy. PRRT also provides services to organisations within the Department of Justice (DoJ). As an “internal provider” PRRT can offer its services to the wider DoJ family in line with the current public procurement framework. PRRT works across three distinct departments: 1. Personal Development and Training 2. Physiotherapy Therapies 3. Psychological Therapies Before launching a procurement procedure, PRRT and Construction and Procurement Delivery (CPD) are conducting Pre-Market Engagement (PME) exercise with a view to preparing the procurement and to inform economic operators / warm the market to the opportunity of the future procurement requirements. The purpose of this document, which is a Pre-Engagement Information Memorandum and Questionnaire, is to seek advice/ information from organisations who may wish to tender via the procurement process. The objectives of this exercise are to: • Prevent unachievable projects from reaching Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) stage; • Gain initial supplier awareness, engagement and opinion, resulting in a confidence around viability of concept; • Gain insight to the market possibilities and potential innovative solutions; • Understand risks and issues not previously considered; • Inform the outline business case; and • Inform the procurement strategy. The next stage in the process will be considered once this Pre-Market Engagement exercise has been completed. **PLEASE NOTE: ALL COMPLETED QUESTIONNAIRES MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA THE MESSAGING FUNCTION on eTendersNI, BEFORE 3PM ON THE DATE SPECIFIED BELOW UNDER 'Time-limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate'.
