- The Housing Executive require suitably experienced research company to undertake analysis of the challenges encountered in providing move-on accommodation for those housing applicants subject to Public Protection Arrangements Northern Ireland (PPANI). This research will be commissioned with a view to enabling the PPANI Strategic Management Board and Accommodation Sub-group to address challenges in long-term stays in temporary accommodation for spaces allocated to Probation Board Northern Ireland (PBNI) clients. In addressing the issues which prevent move-on accommodation this research will ultimately produce efficiency savings in reducing spend on Bed and Breakfast or Hotel accommodation for those homeless housing applicants who are subject to PPANI and are PBNI clients.
