Introduction and Specification of Requirement 1. Introduction Derry City and Strabane District Council wish to appoint a company with the necessary experience, capabilities and infrastructure to supply deliver and support the following Fleet Asset to enhance their current Fleet capabilities within the Public Realm:- • 1 No New Driver-Operated Compact Sweeper Vehicle to be delivered to specification, fully-fuelled, PDI Inspected and with a complete set of OE filters. Final acceptance of vehicle shall be based on an inspection carried out by Derry City and Strabane District Council Fleet Manager or designate. Failure to comply with all aspects of specification may result in refusal. Note: Derry City and Strabane District Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender submitted.   Please refer to appendix in tender document within CfT documents for detailed specifications.
