This commission is for a professional service comprising of Building Surveyor, Structural Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, M and E Engineers and Principal Designer consultancy services (full list in Contract Data) as required to deliver comprehensive surveys, proposals and reports which will provide the required level of works in relation to providing demolition and site clearance of 10nr besits and 10nr maisionettes in a 3 storey block located in Banbridge. These reports are to provide detailed design solutions and cost estimates to deliver the scheme objectives and to contract manage a demolition contract.
