The Council wishes to appoint a Contractor to undertake the delivery of this Enterprise Framework. This contract will amalgamate a range of programmes currently being delivered as standalone contracts into one consistent programme of support. The aim of this is to ensure businesses in the Belfast area are accessing a coordinated and coherent programme of support that has the ability to delivery flexible solutions relevant to their needs. This will enable council to support the development of more sustainable businesses which can better sustain current jobs and create new job opportunities in the city The aim of this contact is to deliver a managed and coordinated programme of business support, which increases the survival, sustainability and growth of existing businesses in the city. By increasing the participant’s awareness of the importance of sustainable business practices, innovation and research and development this will create a more sustainable base of small businesses in the city.
