The Housing Executive (the Housing Executive) wishes to commission a suitably experienced Contractor to provide technical expertise and training, hardware, software and IT support for the collection of data, and data modelling for the 2021 House Condition Survey. Please see the tender documents for full details on this requirement. Please note this requirement is exempt from Directive 2014/24/EU and the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as per Article/Regulation 14 - Research and development services.
