Description:
Mid Ulster District Council wishes to appoint suitably experienced painting and decoration contractors who will be placed on a framework to carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and minor works throughout the Council’s estate for the period of 1st November 2020 to 31st October 2022 (with the option to extend for 2 separate 12 month periods up to a maximum of 24 months, subject to review and performance, i.e. up to October 2024). These properties will be located primarily within the Mid Ulster Council area.
