03.87.1000 Coleraine, Portrush Area roof replacement and associated works North Region.The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Contract with the successful Economic Operator(s) to deliver roof replacement works to 113 No dwellings across three sites at:- a) Main Street/Ramore Street, Portrush (46 properties) b) Maple Drive, Coleraine (14 properties) c) Farranseer Park, Macosquin (53 properties) For full details Economic Operators must review all the Contract Documents, including but not limited to the Contract Data document and Appendices 01-09. Notwithstanding the date of the Contract(s), it is intended that the commencement date of Works by the Contractor(s) will be Summer/Autumn 2020; however this is subject to change in the Contracting Authority’s absolute discretion
