Description:
The Housing Executive wishes to commission a suitably experienced researcher / research company (the Contractor) to undertake the research project on Evaluation of Solar PV scheme in order to evaluate the pilot and gain a better understanding of customers’ needs and expectations and benefits of the scheme. This research will be conducted in relation to Northern Ireland only. The Contractor will be required to undertake desk research, fieldwork and provide analysis of the research findings in a written report.
