Description:
The Police Service for Northern Ireland (PSNI) has a need to procure a system which will ingest and process Video files for analysis. This system will ingest captured case video files. The ingested material will be processed using the behavioural analysis capabilities of the solution to enable Officers and staff to search accurately for suspects, items, cars and other items to assist meaningfully in the production of a prosecution file. The output must provide a suite of files such as video clips, 'pdf' reports and 'xls' spreadsheets. These exportable cases files will assist in the prosecution of identified suspects.
