PSNI - Motorcycle Jackets and Trousers *PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC TENDER COMPETITION - MARKET SOUNDING EXERCISE ONLY* The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) is preparing to initiate a procurement process to award a contract for the Supply and Delivery of Motorcycle Gloves. The Central Procurement Directorate (CPD) is conducting this market sounding exercise on behalf of the PSNI to establish the level of market interest in participating in any future procurement competition for Motorcycle Gloves. The objectives of this exercise are to: •Obtain up-to-date information and feedback from suppliers on the capability of the market to provide the types of clothing outlined in the document; •Test the operational and commercials arrangements that might be required; •Gain initial supplier awareness, engagement and opinion, resulting in a confidence around viability of concept; and •Understand risks and issues not previously considered. Any questionnaires / feedback received in response to this exercise will not constitute any contractual agreement between the respondent and the PSNI. Respondents should also note that the PSNI will not be responsible for any costs and expenses that be incurred in responding to this document.
