Pre-Market Engagement –Purchase/Rental Of Photocopiers Education Authority The Education Authority wish to carry out pre-market engagement with interested suppliers to investigate the current market capabilities and gain knowledge about existing equipment which will assist the tender panel with the development of the tender documentation. This will ensure existing and future requirements are met, This event will also provide the suppliers with an understanding of the requirements of the Education Authority. It is the intention of the Education Authority to host a pre-market engagement meeting to allow suppliers to meet with the Authority to discuss future requirements. If you would be interested in participating in this process you must email Francine.scullion@eani.org.uk with the subject ICT-19-011 Photocopiers Supplier Event no later than 12pm Monday 29th April 2019. Your email should include the names of representatives wishing to attend (maximum two) and the name of your organisation. Please note spaces will be limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Suppliers will then be informed of arrangements including date and a time slot for the supplier engagement meeting. All future tender documentation will be made available via the etendersni (https://etendersni.gov.uk) website and potential tenderers should register on this website to ensure they have access to tender documents once the tender is published. This Pre-market engagement meeting is for information purposes only. Any interest shown does not constitute a commitment to participate in a procurement exercise. Failure to show interest does not restrict providers from participating in any future procurement exercises.
