Title Pre-Market Engagement — Small Catering Equipment for School Meals Kitchens in Northern Ireland The Education Authority wish to carry out pre-market engagement with interested suppliers to investigate the current market capabilities and gain knowledge about existing equipment which will assist the tender panel with the development of the tender documentation. This will ensure existing and future requirements are met. This event will also provide procurement awareness for suppliers of this type of equipment. The categories we envisage this tender will cover are: Tableware, Utensils, Cookware, Food Storage and Meal Service Equipment. This tender will not include any Heavy Catering or Cleaning Materials/Equipment. It is the intention of The Education Authority to host a pre-market engagement meeting on Thursday 2 May 2019 in Dundonald. Should you wish to participate you must e-mail procurement@eani.org.uk with the subject CAT-18-009 Supplier Event no later than 12:00 on Friday 12 April 2019. Your email should include the names of the representatives wishing to attend (maximum two), the name of your organisation and a brief summary of the products your organisation is interested in supplying. Appointments will be allocated in half hourly slots and suppliers are restricted to 2 attendees. Please note that spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Suppliers will be informed of the final arrangements prior to any pre-market engagement meeting. Please note the date is subject to change and we reserve the right to arrange alternative engagement meetings with suppliers if required. This pre-market engagement meeting is for information purposes only. Any interest shown does not constitute a commitment to participate in a procurement exercise.
