Description:
CVS wishes to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced research team to conduct a research project that will conclude in December 2020. The focus of the study will be to examine the effectiveness of advocacy services for victims and survivors and their families in the areas of historical investigation and information recovery in NI and the Border Region of Ireland. The research will provide a clear understanding of current advocacy service provision and service user experience of victims and survivors and their families accessing support in the historical investigations and information recovery sector; identify international best practice and how this can inform the development of services in Northern Ireland and the Border Region of Ireland; and produce a robust research report containing a series of service-user and practice-based recommendations that will inform the future development of advocacy services for victims and survivors and their families.
